Clic began with our Founder, AJ, who had moved out to Spain during the COVID-19 pandemic and was working remotely. In a new place, restricted to his environment, AJ missed the invigorating conversations he would have with other ambitious young people. So he got together a small group of his 12 closest entrepreneurial friends who had never met each other, and Clic was launched. 

At first it was just a platform for the members to have interesting conversations and connect over Zoom, but AJ started putting together content for the members, designed to help them connect with themselves and others.

Noticing the gap in the market for transformative learning experiences, Clic expanded into the corporate world.  We have partnered with companies including Google and BNY Mellon, to train teams in whichever skills they need to succeed.

The learning journey for teams is built around the same values as the journey for our first community. There is a consistent focus on empowerment and building connections with those in the sessions, encouraging empathy and teamwork. Shaping a synergetic team is as important to us as the skills and materials they are taught.
